According to Wicked Chops Poker, former Full Tilt Poker employee Jason “JDN” Newitt has been subpoenaed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and is scheduled to appear today. A new poker lotto game from Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. is just another way for Premier Dalton McGuinty’s cash-strapped government to prey on the poor, opposition parties charge. After a two-month long public voting period, Harrah’s officials unveiled the top 10 vote getters for the Poker Hall of Fame Class of 2010 on Wednesday. Now, the Poker Hall of Fame Governing Council will review the list and axe anyone deemed not eligible to enter. Vilamoura leg of the European Poker Tour has been completed and it is rumoured that many of those who have been eliminated already are heading over to Mayfair to sign up for day 1B of the EPT London. The number who did make it through to Day 3 total 69.
